At dressmae, we are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service every time you make a purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it for a full refund of the paid price. Please note that we only accept returns for products purchased directly from the dressmae website. Return requests for items bought through our indirect online and offline distributors will not be accepted.
Our refund policy at dressmae allows you to return items purchased from dressmae.com for any reason within 15 days of receiving the item. However, please be aware that we do not have an exchange policy.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
- Ensure all product tags are intact and in their original packaging.
- The product must be unused and in an unwashed, undamaged condition.
For claims related to missing items or wrong products, we recommend sharing a video evidence of unboxing within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. Claims without video proof may not be entertained.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the product does not pass the quality check, it will be shipped back to you.
Returns are free of cost for wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes, or damaged products. If your order has been processed through different warehouses, the return should be made with respect to the same package.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO dressmae, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
We offer a pick-up facility for the address used while placing the order. Alternatively, you can email us at ##@dressmae.com to initiate a return. Please include the order ID, product name, and product SKU in the email to avoid any confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep, and you will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP:
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care number: +91 9871358678, +91 7982127324.
NOTE:
- dressmae will not be responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person during the pickup.
- If the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, customers need to self-ship the goods, and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100).
- dressmae Art - Return policy is 2 days from the date of delivery
